- I will ship First Class through USPS for your jewelry and UPS for the painted rawhide unless otherwise instructed by you.
- I take every precaution in packaging the jewelry in their own box and then placing the box inside a bubble wrap envelope.
- The painted rawhide will be wrapped and protected from being crushed and placed in a shipping box.

RETURN and REFUND POLICY
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with the merchandise please return the jewelry or painted rawhide. I will gladly accept the returned item for a full refund.
All returns must:
- Be received by Debra Box within 21 days of you receiving the jewelry or painted rawhide purchase with a receipt.
- It must be in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.
- If damaged in transit, please take photos of how you received it and notify Debra by calling and leaving a voice mail or a text, (719) 510-2918.
- Please indicate why you are sending it back.
- Package the item with all the original packaging. Please note the customer is responsible for the jewelry or painted rawhide until the point that it is received by Debra.
- When Debra receives the jewelry or painted rawhide, she will credit the original price along with the shipping charges for a full refund to your original method of payment.
CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY
- Wipe down your jewelry with a clean, soft cloth or a jewelry cloth to slow down the tarnishing process. Oils from your skin accumulate on the surface of the metal and can predispose it to oxidization. Wearing your piece can also help with slowing down the tarnishing process.
- Debra does not recommend using a silver polish or ultra-sonic jewelry cleaner especially with semi-precious stones. Always use a clean cloth on semi-precious stones.
- You can also take your piece to an authorized jeweler who will know how to care for the metals and stones.
CARING FOR YOUR PAINTED RAWHIDE
- Painted rawhide is a great chew toy for your dog. Please keep a nice distance between your pets and the painted rawhide.
- Painted rawhide does not like direct sunlight or to be outside in the elements.
- Wipe the rawhide piece with a clean, dry cloth to remove dust.
- Do not place the rawhide item where it can get wet or it will lose its shape and the surface will become wrinkly.
- Each hide will have certain blemishes or discolorations on the surface which is normal for an animal hide. When cutting out rawhide pieces I will try and cut around the blemishes but sometimes it is unavoidable.
